
Last night Eric stuck the camera inside of the jack-o-lantern that we were carving and took a picture through it's eye. He showed me the photo and said, "This is how the pumpkin sees you."
I thought it might be a fun project to snap a photo and post a blurb each day for a year as way to keep in touch with family and friends who are far away. And as a way to stop and smell the roses as they say. Even though in Chicago,for much of the year,the roses are covered in ice and snow and are often peed on by dogs.
