I thought it might be a fun project to snap a photo and post a blurb each day for a year as way to keep in touch with family and friends who are far away. And as a way to stop and smell the roses as they say. Even though in Chicago,for much of the year,the roses are covered in ice and snow and are often peed on by dogs.

That guy is getting fresh with your husband!
Yes, Mara, he met Mr. Wells. And after this experience, ran home to your dad's and watched "Breaking Away" for the first time, just so he could see him at the end of the movie. :)
And yes. We found Herman very fresh. ; D
I have a picture of Casey in that very same spot, but picking Herman's nose.
