Here's a song from the cd that I can't turn off. I take it with me from the car to the house and from the house back to the car again. I can't part with it. It's Monsters of Folk. M. ward is in this band. Yep. I'm so predictable.

I thought it might be a fun project to snap a photo and post a blurb each day for a year as way to keep in touch with family and friends who are far away. And as a way to stop and smell the roses as they say. Even though in Chicago,for much of the year,the roses are covered in ice and snow and are often peed on by dogs.
