I thought it might be a fun project to snap a photo and post a blurb each day for a year as way to keep in touch with family and friends who are far away. And as a way to stop and smell the roses as they say. Even though in Chicago,for much of the year,the roses are covered in ice and snow and are often peed on by dogs.

I did. :) It was slightly terrifying.
Maybe you should become a photographer too? Your new house would be a fun place to have a studio...haha...I'd dig it even more!
ooooh! I like the way you think. I DO hope to set up a big craft/sewing table somewhere. But might as well have a darkroom too. :)
