After I snapped this photo I packed four more boxes, a big storage bin and filled two bags for the Goodwill. And still, there doesn't seem to be a dent in our stuff. I'm scared. Very scared.

I thought it might be a fun project to snap a photo and post a blurb each day for a year as way to keep in touch with family and friends who are far away. And as a way to stop and smell the roses as they say. Even though in Chicago,for much of the year,the roses are covered in ice and snow and are often peed on by dogs.

Packing is brutal, but I'm green (as your new front door) with envy. Your new house looks lovely!
When do you close?
:) We are pretty stoked. (Even though I did try for a while to get Eric to move to Seattle :) ). We close May 20. You'll have to come for a visit!
