This my dear friend Tom. We go back to kidhood. Or at least to the 8th grade dance at St. John's. He did his very first standup routine last night and I'm swollen with pride. Though I enjoyed his routine (here on youtube) purely for it's wit and hilarity, the favorite part of my experience was realizing that this isn't at all far off from what a regular conversation is like with Tom. Now you know why I love talking with Tom. He's on my speed dial.

Thanks for posting this Jessie! Tom is funny and always has been! But what is weird now, is that I am friends with 2 of his sisters-in-law...strange...so when they talk about Tom (which has always been positive) I just grin!
