Today I had this exact conversation with an awesome five-and-a-half-year-old I know:

"I'm a little bit of a vegetarian," she informed me.
"Oh yeah?" I said.
"Well yeah. I like vegetarian bread and I don't like chicken and mostacholi."
"I see. So how did you become a little bit of a vegetarian?"
"A horsefly bit me."

This soup! Green curry broth. Instead of tofu and yuba skins I used rice noodles and dropped in a couple eggs. Either way it will warm your soul.
